What is a twisted knee?

Is it like a sprained, or twisted ankle?

Then I wondered "was I the only one who just let himself get totally emotionally suckered into that?", but I guess not.
I'm sorry but Sam and Joe have been clowns all season long, Sam can't get names right or read numbers. Joe screaming it was a goal like a madman when it wasn't. Their constant back and forths that have nothing to do with anything. Sam has been losing it for some time, he used to be one of the best. I actually enjoy when he calls football more because he just calls the game since he doesn't think he knows very much about the players and teams. He always has to get his 2 cents in, just call the game and keep your thoughts to yourself, get a new pair of glasses. His love for Crosby also is disturbing. Joe on the other hand is really trying hard, but failing. He had huge shoes to fill in JD and MSG should have gotten someone with more experience, even Maloney who gets tongue tied quite often is much better than Joe.

If he has a twisted kne ethen I am Mark Messier. Staal got his bell rung by the hit and then hit his face on the ice he may have a concussion or a bad headache but his knee is a excuse for sure.

That was some hot Staal on Staal action, went the wrong way for us though. Like how the brothers don't hold up against each other.

Good, it was a clean hit. The fact that this was even up for debate is sad. You have your head down, you're gonna get hit. Anisimov found that out a lot last year.

Well i wouldint call that competetive. I mean if they dont expect one of their brothers to try hurt the other, than Stall would not have kept his head down in that position. Its one thing if they do it to eachother all the time, but out of nowehere like that is a bit of a cheapshot. I just hope Stall is ok, he and Lundy will be our best players in the playoffs so we really need them.

Disagree, you don't lay off a guy because he is your brother. He would have thrown that hit on anyone else in the same position and no one would say anything except it was Staal on Staal.

He's also not a ****** bag for playing the game the way it should be played.

Yeah, taking a run at players while they are being hooked by your teammate is Exactly the way this game should be played!

We can be real homers sometimes when it comes to hits, especially when our player gets hurt.

Orr's hit on Cullen? 10x worse than this one. Cullen missed a long time. Don't remember anyone calling him a dirt bag.

I'm told Marc Staal was on flight to D.C., seemed to be walking fine

If Staal did have a concussion, would he fly to DC? No.

A run? Ok he was like 6 feet away and hardly moved his feet until impact, also that was a weak hook.

not a fan of conspiracy theories...but I seriously doubt there was a knee injury.

he was really shaken-up after that hit.

Looked like he smacked his head on the ice. I couldnt believe it took the MSG crew a few replays to see it, I saw it right away.

Kinda weird to see NHL players get hit that hard and have no way to brace themselves before smacking their head against the ice.

Didn't used to be that way.

Staal definitely tweaked his knee. It happened in the first few minutes of the game. It was a nothing type play but he got spun and I noticed he reached for his knee / grimaced a bit. I was like oh crap, but he was out for regular shifts so didn't think much of it.

I definitely thought he got his bell rung when Eric leveled him so who knows.

What I find odd is when Rammer came out to give Torts a update on Staal he was holding his head. Don't know if that means its a head injury but I found that his gestures were insinuating the issue was his head or face. Who knows.

Looked like he was just rubbing or scratching his head. If it was his head I'm sure he would of pointed.

I can't believe I'm dissecting something like this when all he probably had was an itch when he told Torts
