By the way, Clifford ***** the Ducks face in his scrap tonight. That was impressive.

Best players were Quick, Williams, Smyth (who was an absolute beast behind the net tonight), Kopitar, Johnson, Mitchell, and Scuderi.

Still think Williams should be pushed to the 1st line and Simmonds to the 3rd.

Hopefully with us winning some more, Lombardi is looking to nail down someone to certify the first line.

Is it bad I totally forgot Sturm was playing tonight?

I think I saw him twice all game. Once on his wraparound attempt and once on the 4v4.

Sturm won't do anything for us. We can't let his acquisition cloud any potential ones that are better. Drewiske did a very good job and I was pleased with his play.

I think this team deserves a nice standing ovation tomorrow night for the success of that marathon of a road trip.

I don't expect him to be back in form quite yet. For his first game back after 13 games he definitely missed some opportunities and looked a little off, but that's to be expected for a couple games.

Kings only scored 21 goals on the 10 game road trip. They gave up 18.

Who starts tomorrow? I would guess Quick.

... A win's a win. Don't need to analyze this one (for a change).

Quick was excellent. Just enough to get the job done, boys.

And a very impressive 29 for 30 on the penalty kill.

Sturm's got to get back in game shape. Not too surprising he was quiet tonight.

I like Sturm's skating and his drive, but he is obviously off his game. Hopefully he rebounds.

I thought he was fine tonight. Give him a few games, it's not his fault that Terry put him on the top line. Simmonds was worse than Sturm and Williams is the best RW on the team. Why is he on the 3rd line?

Dewy has to pick it up. He looked too comfortable at times.

Wiski was probably rusty but man, he was scary at times.
