Maybe there is another player that can be called up who has paid there dues, has played LW and scored 9 goals when he did that also has had a nice little cup of tea with the Kings already this year?

He was practicing on the first line yesterday. I think Lombardi fully expected no one to claim him since he's a UFA after this season.

If Washington hadn't claimed him, I'm pretty sure he would have been cleared. Who else after them would need Sturm?

Lombardi should've waived Harrold, not Sturm. Really no defending this at all. I didn't think Sturm would be picked up but there's no risk in waiving Harrold.
