If the Cards lose Pujols after this year, they're done.

No way that happens. Don't get why CC would, you know.

Also on PTI they said that CC credited losing 30 pounds but not eating Cap'n Crunch.

While risky it does make sense. CC would be leaving 92 mill over 4 years on the table. I dont see why he wouldnt get a 6 year deal close to Cliff Lee money from someone. It would be funny if it's from Yankees. One last payday.

If he wins 18-20 again this year he should definitely opt out, and make the Yanks add on 2-3 more years to his deal. I'm a Yanks fan, but can't fault him for saying he could opt out.

Anyone do Yahoo fantasy baseball?

I'm doing 2 this year. One league has alot of guys who I have played with before (actually all 7 people so far) and every one of them is very competitive and active, I hope you are the same. All my leagues stay active, inactive guys will be replaced after I email them and try contacting them (of course after a bit with no reply).

But most of all, it will be fun!

My 2 leagues are:

ID: 899
PW: baseball

ID: 18583
PW: baseball

Hope to see you guys there!

If CC opts out its not because he wants to play elsewhere IMO, he'll just want more money- and if he goes 21-7 again with just above a 3.00 ERA then there's no way the Yankees don't give him more $$. One thing I would like to see his more complete games- he had 10 in '08 and only 4 combined the last two. I think thats more because Girardi loves his relievers though.

Everyone is on a pitching limit early in the spring, and it gradually increases.

Starters usually get either 35 pitches, or 2 innings, whichever comes first.

LOL had no idea. Joba is bigger, but he is bigger on the shoulders, he's more V-shaped.

Anyone ever go to Yankees spring training and can give me tips on getting autographs. I'll be driving up to Tampa from Miami on March 12th.
