Guy is a black cat this year. Glad to see him on Philly instead of here. And now they really will be sending down JVR because of him, lol.

Boynton can kiss his NHL career goodbye.

Even if they keep him on through the playoffs, he won't make it back to the NHL after proving to be a liability both in games and in practice.

Once is a mistake, twice is too much.

Boynton almost retired this past offseason. He has diabetes and a Cup ring; I think he'll call it quits.

Philly play an entirely different style of game than we do. Maybe his shortcomings will not be quite as obvious there. I think it's safe to say that when he was struggling with us, we were not playing great hockey and I think he is much more suited to Philly's style ... as long as he doesn't try and do too much, he may just surprise a few people here.
