Rangers and Caps both down a goal late in the 3rd. Could be a very good night for us. Sens only down one in the 3rd against the B's, so a comeback isn't out of the question there.

Thrashers have played well against us. I assume it's their size and speed combination. Luckily we have better goaltending.

I liked the Sopel - Mara pairing tonight (minus Sopel give away), good relief for the rest of the defense, seemed to translate into a great game for Wiz. Price was lights out, Pacioretty was on wheels. Good stuff. Negatives we were terrible in second and the last bit of the third.

Ugly game, ugly win, Carey won this game by his own, we just catn let our goaltender get abused like this, especially against a mediocre team, we will get ate alive in playoffs if we played like this.. Hopefully we get back on the right track..

What a terrible game by the habs.
I know we were never in control, but someone on the coaching staff has to step up and tell the team to NOT SIT BACK it's annoying as ****.

Man do the Habs ever toy with one's nerves! Atlanta scores and we completely go into survival mode with 5 minutes to go, which could have easily backfired.
Whatever, big two points and a win is a win.!

Did anyone see Desharnais being checked by the ref and fell on his ass? Most exciting part of the game IMO.

Sitting back is JM's philosophy, aka puck support...the really hillarious thing was the Atlanta announcers, after the lone goal, saying, " The crowd's really back into it now!"
Yeah. Both of em.

A.Kost hits like a train..
Desharhais looks out of place to be honest, will have to step up big time, he is getting destroyed every shifts at the moment..
Cammy is worrysome..
I wont talk about number 11.. better like this..
Our D looked porous Gill Mara Sopel is too many pylons in the line-up at the same time..

Seriously , though, how long can even a devil-clown like Bettman justify a team in this town while Quebec, Winnipeg, Hamilton go without?

Sabres finish the Rags in regulation, so we are now 5 up with a game in hand. On the downside though, Washington tied their game with 48 seconds left and made it into overtime.
