New York Rangers @ Ottawa Senators 03.04.11 | MSG 2 | 7:00pm

This "team" doesn't deserve the work LoFFeN puts into the GDT's. Get it done or go home. PERIOD. 3 Periods to be exact.

Brandon Dubinsky - Artem Anisimov - Ryan Callahan (A)
Wojtek Wolski - Derek Stepan - Mats Zuccarello
Vinny Prospal - Erik Christensen - Sean Avery
Ruslan Fedotenko - Brian Boyle - Brandon Prust

Marc Staal (A) - Dan Girardi
Steve Eminger - Michael Sauer
Bryan McCabe - Matt Gilroy

Scratches:
Ryan McDonagh (until further notice)
Gaborik is a doubtful game-time decision

Normally i'd berate you for stealing this from Loffen but you're right.

You're off-duty, buddy. Stop ruining your sleep schedule by watching this team.

2-1 loss tomorrow.

I haven't blamed Henrik once all year, but let's face it, he's not earning his paycheck.

He's the highest paid goaltender, yet he hasn't been able to step up and win us ANY games in a long time.

To make matters worse, he lets in a couple back-breaking softies every couple games and single-handedly loses it for us.

I don't care what his save percentage is, he's got the best defense in front of him that he's ever had, and he's not delivering.

If he's on his game even half as much this season as he has been in seasons past, we're solidly in the 5 or 6 seed. Instead, we're falling fast and will be lucky to make it.

Craig Anderson makes 58 saves in a 2-0 shutout victory.

I'll be watching the 11 time national lacrosse champion Syracuse Orange take it to Virginia 6:00 on ESPNu. Beats the hell out of watching the Rangers lose to the worst team in the conference.

**** them. Thank God I'll be away in Albany for this game. I'm the kind of moron that would stay in on a Friday night to watch this sad sack team. Thankfully I don't have the option.

We have to look too the road to get us some points, it seems. We have to get points against the weak teams, and we have put ourselves in a spot where, with 16 to go, we need to pull something like 11-5 our of our ass.

Go get em.

This team needs a stretch of 10 games where they get points in every game. If theyre gonna lose games it needs to be in OT or SO so they still get the loser point. Looking at the schedule, they're playing teams that are their kryptonite (Philly and Montreal) good teams (SJ, Anaheim, Pens) and teams that are below them in the standings but are playing such loose hockey that they are beating teams (NYI, Florida, Sens)
Time to buckle down and play grind it out hockey like we did at the beginning of the season. Hank needs to step up and show why he gets paid as much as he does. 1-0 and 2-1 games IN OUR FAVOUR from here on out

Landeskog's stock is rising. I really think there's an outside chance he goes 1st overall. I want him on the Islanders more than I wanted Tavares on the Islanders. Dead ass. This kid is the goods.
