We shouldn't be overplaying players against Atlanta and Florida, I expect things to go back to normal tomorrow in Tampa and I'm sure we will see Pleky on the ice a little more. Martin used all 4 lines in the last 2 games and he did the right thing IMO

Props to Eller and AK, and even Moen for the matter, but Eller and AK really seem to be comfortable playing together.....Eller has the tools guys, just needs to bulk up a bit over the next season or two, and I think we will be very happy with THE trade with the Blues...

Someone tell me again why Gomez didn't get that goal? I thought the puck deviated on Gomez's stick?

Especially since given the number of AHLers on the Florida team, he could use Eller and DD a lot and still get favorable matchups. Those two are used to dominating AHL top-liners, after all.

He used Pleks and Gomez to neutralize Florida's few true NHLers and had Eller and DD go wild against the bottom of the lineup.

Because it was physically impossible for him to be there because, as everyone knows, Gomez never ever goes to the net.

Also, because Gomez sucks, and everyone hates him, so no points for him!

(Seriously, it tipped on the defenseman, not Gomez.)

Darn.

Oh well. can I at least give moral props to Gomez on that goal? God knows he needs every prop we can send his way.

It was special last night seeing Gill score. You have better odds seeing an eclipse of the sun.

Anyone else find it a bit weird that if you go to NHL.com there is absolutely NOTHING on the habs game from last night on their main page? It obviously wasn't the most important game last night but Price did get a shutout so you'd think they'd have at least some caption referring to that.

Pales in comparison to Rinne shutting out the Canucks and Anderson stopping 42 of 41 shots, while Theo stopped 41 of 40 shots. No, it's not a typo. Both Anderson and Theo were credited with stopping a shot each, that never even happened. A save % of over 1.000%. Why can't Carey ever do that?

Price.

Was on vacation in Florida and had great seats in section 104, row 11 for this game. Thought you guys might enjoy seeing some shots from it:

The close-ups were taken a couple rows over, right behind the bench.. It's kind of weird in the BankAtlantic Center.. the stairs just kind of end right at the visitor's bench, so the bottom was basically just Kirk Muller standing there behind plexiglass.
