Who would you want to face in the Playoffs?

I know this is a bit premature since there is a chance we cannot make the playoffs, but lets say we did make the playoffs who would you want to face in the first round or who would you not want to face in the playoffs.

Who I want: Dallas,Minnisota(if they make the playoffs), Vancouver and San Jose
Who I don't want: Calgary,Nashville,Chicago and Pheonix
Meh: Detroit

Dallas, Phoenix, Minnesota, or Anaheim

Wouldn't mind facing Calgary, Nashville, San Jose

Would be wary of facing Chicago, Detroit, or Vancouver

I just want to get the asterisk by our name first and then we can talk about who we wanna play in the first round.

1st round, would be nice to play Dallas, Minnesota or Anahiem, I think we can beat any of those teams, but do any of them even finish IN the playoffs ?

Personally I think we also match up really well against, and can beat the Canucks, but I'd rather save Vancouver for a later (2nd/3rd) round to help build that rivalry, plus the fact that they'll most likely remain 1st in the West means IF we played them in the first round we'd be the 8th seed and I'd rather we finish higer up than that thanks.

San Jose ... meh they'll lose at some point, don't they always, wouldn't be too bad if it's US that boot's them from the playoffs .

Calgary, Nashville, Chicago and Pheonix we actually match up and have played POORLY against for some time ... I'd rather they play another team / each other and beat the snot out of each other before we have to play one of them.

Detroit ... ALWAYS dangerous in the playoffs, one would be stupid to bet against them ever ... and most likely the S/C winner is either going through Detroit (or Vancouver this year) at some point or will be Detroit, so the later we play them the better IMO.

Anaheim so I can go to every game. San Jose would be fun too, neither of those teams scare me. Chicago is the only team I'd be really upset about in the first round, and Vancouver wouldn't be ideal.

Detroit or Vancouver. I think we match up well with Detroit and that they are vulnerable. As far as Vancouver goes, we have a lot of experience with them and I am just confident that we can win a 7 game series against them.

YVR please. Detroit would be interesting as well, but I want to see a re-match with Vancouver.

I would love to play Phoenix. I know that we "struggle" against them, but we really don't. We are a better team than them and if we get them in a 7 game series theres no doubt in my mind we would win in 5 or 6.

NOT Calgary. We lose everytime we play there.

Would love to get another shot at Vancouver, but I'm not certain we can beat them in a 7 game set.

Not Chicago either.

Give me Phoenix, Anaheim, or San Jose.

Ummm, NO ... WE REALLY DO !

Before Bernier's backed Victory the other day ...
VS. PHOENIX ALL-TIME:
Overall: 70-90-30
Home: 37-40-16
Road: 33-50-14
Last 10: 4-5-1
Last 10 home: 3-6-1
Last 10 road: 5-5-0
OT Record: 7-9-24
Streaks: Kings 1-4-1 in last 6 overall vs. PHX (since 12-26-09)

WE do not have a winning record against them anywhere, home, road, recent play ... you name it ...
WE DO NOT PLAY the Coyotes WELL ... PERIOD! end of story!

Oh, I wasn't disputing that we play horrible against Phoenix. I just think that things completely change in the playoffs, and I REALLY can't see us losing to Phoenix if we ever had a 7 game series against them.
