Back to topic. I think Sather's simply not doing ANY GM duties any longer. It's all Maloney and the rest of the staff. He could not handle both duties, and instead of admitting it publicly, he's keeping the title, but delegating the responsibility.

Then again, I loathe the man so much, my objectivity is skewed.
