Watching Duchene on that goal convinces me the Avs are trying to play a man-to-man system in the defensive zone; the defensemen each take a man and the center picks up the third guy.

Duchene was in the corner with his man while the puck was at the point and then did his best to obstruct his guy driving to the net. Hunwick, on the other hand, was late picking up Havlat and got burned.
