but thats just what im HOPING for... halak is losing 0-3 tonight on the road, and the blues play again tomorrow at home, so halak might not start then but MIGHT

and tomorrow the habs play a weak out of the playoffs oponent on the road after price has started 4 straight, so maybe martin starts Auld

we might not even GET the matchup lol! im just banking on BOTH goalies reuqesting to play tomorrow

I think they should be playing against each other. Pretty sure Price would up his game to show the fans the trade was the right move

Honestly I can't even get excited for this game as much as I want to...it's hard to imagine the effect last night will have on the Habs players. They can either rally or fold. Here's hoping it's the former.

Wait wait wait. You put up with all of us and you're not even a Habs fan ?

You should be a teacher, or wait perhaps a PM. There we go.

It is really funny when you think about it dude, but when Price isn't playing now our first thought is there is something wrong with him, he has been THAT good and THAT durable this year.

Fel belongs here, we just let him continue with his delusion that he is actually a Wild Fan first.

What's wrong with the Wild board? I'm putting a show there!

Seriously though, the Wild board is active enough this year with over 30 Wild fans. Always better than 2...

It was a very emotive game against Boston and we lost one of our best soldiers, I wouldnt be surprised to see the team a bit off tommorow, we could take some games to find our focuss back, so personally I dont expect much from this game and its not like the result of this game will change anything to what people think, we already know Gauthier has made the right choice and the trade looks even better seeing Eller play right now..

They used to post on the official NHL Minnesota Wild forum but I heard it was getting boring there so many people have decided to register on HF.

You should go check the Wild board and you will see we are more active than several teams here. You won't see another Wild board 2009 edition Ever.

Same here. I am still kinda traumatize of what I've witnessed yesterday. For me, it wasn't an accident and the league does nothing to prevent those horrific scene.

I'd wait till the playoffs before making such claims.

And I don't even care, seriously; Halak is having an up an down year, mostly down for the past few months, and he just came off IR; chances are we're going to win easily, considering the Blues' current losing ways.

Tough to get up for this game even with the Halak hoopla..it might even be harder for the players. They were completely out of sync for the third but they should be better with some time off.

I personally don't care about the Price vs Halak thing though..maybe if it was at the begining of the year but now? It's nothing special imo. Price has been lights out and far superior to Halak and will be for the rest of his career regardless of injuries.

It's not that horrible.

Pouliot has good history with that line and Desharnais gets two very good forecheckers/energy players to get him the puck. Not saying they are going to do much with it after he sets them up with an open net... but I think the line can create some pressure.

There will definitely be a let down after how last night ended. I'm sure everyone who cares about this team will still be a little sick to their stomach tomorrow.

Thing is, the 82 games before the playoffs also count. I said it, it's settled for me. We traded Halak, got cheap talent in Eller, and Price has been pretty much our best player. No1curr about Halak anymore.
