... Well snap, crackle, and pop because I think Bernier should get the start in the next game.
Thank Christ you dont make any decisions for the team.

Ugly first but Quick kept 'em in it till they woke up. Much, much better final 2 periods.

I can't believe Drew threw that puck up in the middle at the end.

So awesome! Quick sure did redeem himself after that soft goal. He was a beast tonight.

Kopi and Penner are starting to mesh. Penner is great for this team.

Simmonds looked slow and uninterested tonight. For some reason he stuck out to me as playing below his ability tonight.

Doughty didn't have a very good game again.

We got lucky on that high stick right before our goal, but then they should have gotten a penalty on the elbow to Doughty's nose.

Big, big saves for Quick despite lots of breakdowns in front.

I did not like Drew trying to get an empty net assist by passing up the middle. That was a 50/50 chance that Detroit didn't capitolize on. Not cool.

Good game by Brown and Kopitar was everywhere.

I think that Penner had a really nice if not quite game too. I think that Kopi is playing allot better with Penner on his line. Can't put my finger on exactly why, too many little reasons but it looks good to me.

He's just happy to have a 1st line left winger is all.

Good call by those of you who want Quick to start each of the next 15 games. Awesome idea.

... Awwwww, that's adorable. But there are two quality goalies on this team, not one. I'd like to keep it that way.

It's because teams can't ignore his wingers anymore. It was hilarious when King was on the first line, teams would literally ignore him in the offensive zone.

Penner and Williams get respect from defenders. Richardson and Simmonds, no so much.

No doubt.

Now if we could get a sniper with scary speed we would be one heck of a team to beat.

(oh and a new head coach/system)

You guys jumping on Drew with that pass....you do realize that a ton of the kings breakouts this year and clears are the result of the pass up the middle like that right?

During the timeout you see drew talking to murray, and drew appears to point on to that corner of the ice. It would not surprise me if that was what Doughty was suppose to do and someone else was out of position.
