I love how there is bickering in this thread even after a big win.
As for the goalie situation, I think Bernier should be in net for the Preds. Other than that, I don't care who starts what game because they'll both play well. Now let's destroy Columbus.

The thing I am loving about Penner is that when he recovers the puck down low he looks right away to either throw it in front or drive there. This is the element of the cycle game that the Kings have been missing. More than once he threw it in front and it looked like his teammates weren't expecting it. Not surprising since they've hardly ever seen that type of pass. They will learn to look for it and hopefully start to do it themselves

Yes, he just ate a Bertuzzi elbow. I know people hate the guy but that is how you brace for impact. I'm sick of seeing these NHL players turn their back when they know somebody is coming their way. The elbow came up and caught Drew in the mouth, it should have been a penalty, the puck was in his skates so I'm not sure which direction the 2 refs were looking. Great game by the Kings, after the first I expected another beating.

Just as I'm an advocate for letting Bernier start again for playing a good game, Quick also needs to be rewarded for playing well.
Quick deserves the start against Columbus, soft goal aside.
