The team looks so much better with Anderson & a few call-ups that I'm worried about our position.

It would be nice if we could play the McBackup.

Everyone does realize that the team wants to re-sign Anderson, and won't do that if we:
a) Doesn't see him play enough to make an informed choice, and
b) Piss him off by not playing him down the stretch

It's not like we're asking for McBackup in every game... only the ones that could severely impact our draft position. Games like this one.

Should be a good game tonight.

Will be interesting to see how much gas left Condra has in the tank after scoring 2 goals last game ( the second was scored with 2:13 left in the game ).

Are we going to see our waiver goalie any time this season?

Anyways... as always I'm hopin for a win .. Butler with his first career hattrick.

Spezza has been over a PPG player since his return(not sure?) but he's been playing in beast mode when paired up with Butler.. feels good to see. Also playing important minutes on PK... which is nice.

Any words on if Alfie is close on a return yet?

Clouston is an idiot.

He's trying to save face. FLA is a team in bad shape and it's a perfect chance for our backup to get a start and rest Anderson.

I'm not sure if any of you can remember this, but the last time we played Florida, we thumped them and Anderson was a total non-factor in the game. Florida isn't a team capable of putting 40 shots on him so don't worry about it.

Even with McBackUp we'd still beat the Florida Panthers. Spezza is better than their whole team. If goalies were that important wouldn't the fact that they're starting Vokoun mean they should win?

There isn't one guy on Florida other than Weiss and Booth that I (a) was aware played for that team, or (b) had even heard of before.

Now that is how you tank, ladies and gentlemen.

Maybe but Florida keeps starting Clemmensen.

So tankers should be pleased with the starter decision then: no Anderson tomorrow to help knock off the lightning.

Clouston has already said that he has no problem starting Anderson in back-to-back games. Anderson will probably start tomorrow as well.

So if you lived on the bottom of a hill and there was a huge landslide barreling towards your house, you wouldn't get worked up until after your house was destroyed?

Anyways who cares if there are probably only 2-3 blue chippers in this draft! WE REALLY NEED TO FINISH 6TH LAST IF WE CAN HELP IT.

You mean a game against a team that dumped Anderson? You don't think he really wants this game?
