I'm new to the forums and didn't see any place to introduce myself. I put it here because (as the name shows) I love the Red Wings. I was born and raised north of Detroit and actually lived in the same neighborhood with some of the Wings' greats. I definitely bleed red (and it's not just because that's the color of blood, but because I love Red Wings)
I currently live in DC and while I like to root for the caps because it gives me a team to cheer on, no one can every replace the #1 in my heart.
I would like to introduce myself. Hello, my name is HockeyBuddha and I'm an alcoholic. I know ALOT about hockey (kidding; I know everything), so if any of you have any questions feel free so that I might enlighten you.
You'll find Red Wings fans of all shapes and sizes here.
Scandinavian ones, British ones, Asian ones, pessimistic ones, optimistic ones, veteran lovers, prospect lovers, big ones, small ones, fat ones, thin ones, and people who've probably never played a game of hockey in their life but like to try and tell us that Babcock doesn't know what he's doing
Have fun here, there's always something to talk about!
So that we can get to know you better, can we know your positions on:
1. Hudler - dynamic part of the team vs. why, O why, did he come back from the KHL?
2. Lilja - valuable penalty killer vs. good luck with that, Ducks
3. Quincey - the dumbest thing Holland ever did was put him on waivers vs. bad luck with that, Avs
4. Leino - the dumbest thing that Holland ever did was trade him vs. good luck with that, Flyers
