Dates?

When is the last date/time for teams to sign RFA's or make them a QO before they become UFA's??? I was thinking it was tomorrow at midnight. And doesn't the UFA pool open on Monday (August 1)?

I can't seem to recall these dates and can't find them anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
