June 25th Nassau Coliseum. Last year was slim pickings this year will be much better cause they'll be off loading all the navy equipment. Wish I got down to the one in Bridgeport, but I was working that day.

This year i'm hoping to snag anything Nielsen game used. He's the man!

Most all of the Pens gear goes to Ziggys sports in Johnstown. He always has pro return sticks. But they are usually all AHLers and bottom 6 guys. Don't expect to see any Crosby or Malkin gear.

The Devils one is the day after the draft this year. I was tempted to keep this quiet because I'm hoping to find some sweet deals for myself, but I need some help. Does anyone know if the Devils' sale is cash only or if you can pay with a CC?

There's an extensive thread on this in the Devils forum, you can probably find the answer already posted somewhere in there.

Columbus had their equipment sale Friday night at the draft. Saw a lot of skates and gloves sold. Not sure what the're going to do with 50 pairs red pants, but apparently everything else unsold can be purchased through the team shop.

I ended up with one of Tom Sestito's RBK 10k stick for $55.

Not sure what to do with it though. The NHL lists Sestito at 6'4". I'm 6'4", and the stick comes up to my hairline. Haven't seen anything that big before (it has a 3" plug in it), but I actually took some practice shots and they were rocketing off of it, so who knows, I may try it a bit with that length.

Cut it, if you need to. I'm still using Jody Shelley's old stick as a backup, but since I'm 5'8", I cut it way down...

I'm going to be hunting for more of these sales and was wondering if anyone on here knew what teams were having them and when?

Also, I figure this thread could be a great resource to anyone with knowledge of these sales to post what they know for everyone like time date location and prices.
wish i knew about this earlier! where did you find info on the wolfpack sale?

Yeah, I'm gonna pull the plug on it. I can shoot just fine with it on the shooting pad, but couldn't stickhandle at all last night in warmups.

I know the Sens usually have one right before the season, open to Season ticket holders first.

Yes, last year it was in a big tent outside of the front doors during the fanfest while training camp was going on.

I'm not aware of the 67's doing one but perhaps it is only open to season ticket holders.
