Of course he's going to say that.. He has never once in his entire tenure as commissioner ever express anything less than perfection. Everything the NHL has done is the best possible way it can be in its progression and the decisions they took were always the best taken.
We will see after the GM's if every one agrees with his decision...I'm assuming he'll still say that it was the best possible decision.
If this is a "hockey play", does this mean that it would be legitimate to use it?
