David Rundblad

David Rundblads been having an amazing year in the SEL becoming only the second defenseman to hit the 50 point plateau in league history.

what do you guys think of David Rundblad and how his play will translate to the NHL next year?

I think he'll be an NHL player in some capacity. He oozes skill and hockey sense, let's see if he has the drive to make the transition and not fizzle out. I'm expecting big things from him starting next year. Just be ready for the hate Karlsson gets times 100.

No Swedish Meatball's. Duh! I think he can afford the actual Ikea Restaurant not just the Hot Dog Stand.

Unless Mendes is paying then likely he'll just get two hotdogs and a coke for $3.

Can we bring Rundblad over for a few games at the end of the year if his team's season is finished?

I know if you sign a player from the Euro leagues, he has to pass through waivers, but Rundblad was signed last summer, not sure if it makes a difference.

Rundblad is signed to a ELC and hasn't played 10 NHL games, so he's waiver exempt as far as I know.

Not only is he a hockey player...but a hockey player with stamina. At the rate we're getting these hockey players with stamina, we're gonna win the cup in no time! Perhaps even this year. We're just overflowing with stamina and hockey players.

Well i can tell you he has A character. Also, contrary to prior beliefs that he was a soccer player, He is in fact a hockey player. He also has stamina. That's about it for my scouting report.

Wow thats alot of garbage in one thread. I Can't wait to see what Rundblad can do in Ottawa. Him and Karlsson will run our offence for a long time. I really think building the offence from the backend could be a good strategy.

Karlsson has reach the 40 points plateau today.

Hope these guys can clik together next year.

For the future, not sure if Ottawa will be able to afford both guys if they become elite players.

if Detroit can do it with Rafalski and Lidstrom and chicago can do it with Keith and Seabrooke im sure the Sens could lock up Rundblad and Karlsson.

Lets find a way to quantify stamina as a statistic so we can really judge a player.
