The Hockey News Draft edition.

I can't find the THN Draft edition anywhere in Vancouver. Anyone know where to pick it up? Shy.

don't think they have one this year... I heard they came up with a draft edition a while back though...

the latest hockey news has a few pages on the top 100 prospects with small writeups on them.

Their tradition draft preview was in the May 24th edition.

Hey Orca town, that's the cover I saw and assume it hit the stands after the lock out ended. Some ppl on another thread (in the main forum) were talking about how it was basically a reahash of the earlier issue but with more prospects etc etc so I thought that they had actually gotten a hold of a hard copy somewhere. Still I never got the earleir edition and no matter how much it sucks relative to past draft edition I figure it's better than nothing. Shy.

I found it at the 7-11 here in Langley yesterday. It was tough, all the traditional places didn't have a thing.

The draft coverage is pretty weak (just a paragraph on each player), but the end of the lockout coverage made the issue worthwhile.

Dang, you know I'm a mad mad fanatic when I drive all the way out to Langly, hunt for a (the?) 711 just for the thing. Good lookin out Peca fan. Anyways I wanna give a shout out to the local in the beat up truck that pointed me exactly to where it was. He didn't even mess with me or anything. Cheers fellas. Shy.

The manager of a newstand checked into it for me and they are going to relauinch on newstands at the end of August in the US. I suspect they are also scaled back northside.

I had to get my copy off eBay

Lol. Did you try a 7-11 that was closer to you first? I was more pointing out the kind of establishment, rather than the particular store.

Dude, I checked every freakin 7-11, every freakin Chapters, every freakin Superstore. Actually I spent all day driving around (I had other things to do anyways that required shopping) and I had actually given up. Then I had a nice steak dinner with a couple of pops and then did the trek. I almost had a fit because I didn't find it immediatley when I walked in...then there she was....hehe

Shy.
