All we need is at least .500 hockey the rest of the way.

Interesting to note that Amart and Poni nearly have identicaly stats, If this kid keeps going, we may have another deadline deal lined up next season too

Too bad for the empty netter for Kopitar. Good game, regardless of the shot differential, I had a feeling that Kings controlled the game well enough.

Really wanted that to go in Would be really nice if he were to hit 30 by season's end, talk about a turnaround. What has it been with empty netters? Keep missing them lately, or at least it just seems so this season.

I'm almost certain that he will have 30 by the end of the season. Twelve more games, 5 more goals. I feel that first line will continue to play great. Three good players on it, chemistry is there, I see no reason for them to drop their production.

Dean needs to start getting more credit.

*****es out the NHL and gets a fine. Kings go on a tear.

Best deadline deal by getting Penner for zero roster players. Kings and Kopitar go on a tear.

Murray appears to be learning and coaching. Changes up the powerplay system. Puts Lewis out in the third tonight in place of Smyth. Keeps the top three lines together for 4 games in a row.

Rotates both goalies down the stretch to give them confidence and rest.

Keep it going at home! Push for the Smythe division!

I agree with pretty much everything you wrote. I know that I was not the only one watching with around 1:30 left if there was #94 on the ice. What a relief to see Kopi, Simmonds, Williams, Handzus...

Kopitar sits 7th in points (3 behind Perry who is 5th)

kopi is tied for 3rd overall +/- and is tied with Horton for the lead among fowards.

need to go 8-4 to match the 101 points we had last season..

Looking at the remaining 12 games.. There are only 2 that really worry me.. and frankly the only one that truley does is the one @Vancouver.

STL
ANA
CGY
SJ
COL
@EDM
@VAN
DAL
@SJ
PHO
@ANA
ANA

Lets hope the boys can close the season out strong.. Nothing like going into the playoffs with good ol Mr. MO on your side

GO KINGS!

10 points in 12 games is a tall order but not impossible with the way Kopi has been playing.

Kopi with 82 would be a really great way for him to finish the season.

Tuff schedule for the rest of the way, I see us going 8/4 or 7 3 1 but I am an optimist.
