Thats such a great stat and a great accomplishment for the Kings and yet in the west they are still in danger of missing the post season! Sucks!

Bernier sweeps Nashville, good for him!
I hate the Blues, they've been owning us this year. I don't think we've even beaten them.

That was one of my favorite parts of the game! (one-knee Simmonds!)
The league should take back the historic division names - or course they'd have to add the Gretzky and Orr divisions though. Howe?
Need to keep this going against StL. The Kings owe them a beating.
Go KINGS!!!!

Hornqvist out of the blue, rushed Mtichell and sort of crosschecked him in the side while facewashing him kinda thing going on. So without any hesitation, Mitchell just insta dropped the gloves and ragdolled him

Nope. He allowed 5 in the loss on 1/6.

Finished watching the game on DVR. Gutty win. Great defense. Awesome backchecking all the way through.
Kopitar is now the First line center we've needed all season.
We finish a four game road trip with all 8 points
Only things that suck about today were the ticket I got and Jr. breaking his wrist at school. BUT THE KINGS WON. Perspective is really wonderful!

Fun fact for tonight that old timers will appreciate:
"In 1977 the Kings won four straight road games, and it would have counted as a 4-0 road trip, but a reschedule of a game that was snowed out (vs. Buffalo) was tacked on as the (5th) game of the trip. It was also the third game the Kings played in three nights, and Buffalo won, 7-2."

You should move to Vegas more often.
Actually... 'move' home for 12 days. Then 'move' to Vegas again.

Outstanding way to end a road trip. 8 points, all in regulation against Western Conference opponents. I can’t help but go back to the first game of the road trip, in Detroit, down 1-0 and not really in the game … having lost a couple of recent games you had to feel the risk of another slump creeping in … THAT save Quick came up with robbing Kronwall on a back-door play. What a momentum changer that turned out to be. Helped us turn around that game, helped stave off another slump perhaps. I remember talking to friend about that save right after the game. As a turning point. 4 games and 8 points later. How huge does that save look now.
Unreal.
I wasn’t too impressed with Penner at first, but you can see the chemistry developing and what a joy it is. It looks like Kopi is the biggest benefitiary of Penner’s arrival. He’s getting more room out there it seems. Love it.
The 3rd line that started the season so well is back together and really firing, the 4th line does it’s job too … the Stoll line needs to improve a bit. At least in my opinion.

Best deadline deal by getting Penner for zero roster players. Kings and Kopitar go on a tear.
