It seems my taste in music doesn't mesh with most hockey fans but here is what i've been listening to lately:

And if you like Johnny Cash this one is based on Walk the Line.

I seem attracted to French DJ's maybe I belong in Montreal.

For those of you that played Pokemans when you were younger, or if you're a manchild and you still play them like me.

EPIC

And does it get any creepier then this? NOPE

On a related note to this I was listening to some video game music similar to what I posted here this weekend while drinking at a buddies house.
He started to tell me how instrumental music has no meaning and it can carry no emotion what so ever, and even more so about video game music.. I was absolutely floored, some people really do not understand music at all.

But then again he only listens to whatevers hot on the radio, so it's really hard to take anything he has to say about music seriously.

Ha that's great...that game had some really good music. I'm not afraid to admit I have all the versions downloaded on my computer...still fun to play.

Was listening to some Emery today and found out they had a new CD out...but their co-lead singer left the band. Shame. They sound so much less interesting without him, kind of like when the co-lead singer of Mayday Parade left. Even though both bands had sets of singers that sounded really similar, the combination of the two was so much thicker than one guy double tracked.

Also, Mae broke up. Which is sad, because Copeland broke up a couple years back and a lot of my favorite bands of the early to mid 2000's are going away.
