I guess that may explain Jacques Martin's lack of facial expression. He couldn't care less if a player is injured . Actually, I like to think Martin's fantasy team is consisting of 21 defensive third liners, 1 player who can pass and 1 player who can score. Then, after winning 82 games in a row 1-0 or 2-1, maybe we might see him show a little smile.

as long as JM gets the W i doubt he cares less how much they win by. 2-1 snoozefests are ok with him. whats funny is that i met him once, outside the rink, and let me tell you, the man has lots of character. Im sure how he is in front of the media is just a front. He doesnt wanna create any controvery at all so he tells the media nothing and shows zero emotion, at least nothing that the media can use to create a story.

He is the advanced version of T2000!

As long as we win, I do not care how it is done.

I actually feel bad for Dawes and Palushaj...

Pyatt could go on a breakaway with a empty net and I'd still wonder if he'd score... would be a fast breakaway though, he's fast!

pyatt will be like that kid who no one passed to in elementary school. In the 3rd we'll find pyatt sobbing on the bench with his arms crossed.

Hamrlik and Subban would have their work cut out for them. Staying out of the box would help tremendously. At even strength Mara hasn't been bad. He's more physical and moves the puck better than Gill.

Given what his wingers have shown in the AHL, we can safely assume that Pyatt will NOT be expected to be the sniper on that line

Nice, I like the looks of that line.

I guess the other lines then are Moen - Gomez - Gio, Pouliot - Desharnais - White, Dawes - Pyatt - Palushaj

Would've liked to see Palushaj or Dawes tried out on a scoring line though..

Canadiens official Twitter, FWIW, just tweeted that Patches could resume contact in 4-6 weeks.

Could still happen. Of all the lines to set in stone, not sure if this is one of them

Cammy - Pleks - AK were dynamite at the beginning of the year til Jacques broke them up, Eller is more of a pass first guy compared to Plekanec so Cammy and AK will get their fair share of shots... also having two bigger guys will help open up space for Cammy.

Maybe because Eller and AK have been looking very good together on the same line for, about a few weeks now? The guy's still young, getting top minutes should help him out. Cammy having two big bodies to help him out is also going to be good for him.
