POTG is Dubi. 76% on faceoffs, many in the defensive zone. Was great along the boards.

He owned Gomez along the boards setting up our 3rd goal. He was so strong all game.

And TEPCO said there is no radiation coming out of Fukushima (sp?).
I HOPE he is telling the truth but Hank did not look good. I guess we can't blame hockey plays.

It's nice finally getting over the hump against Montreal this season. Great win.
Also, Habs fans kinda blow. Maybe it's because I'm watching more games while reading this board, but I've never known them to be this bad.

Just got in from work. Listened to game on radio. So pumped to watch game on DVR, was the Hank run-in bad?

Yeah, I'd like to see that if anyone's got the time?

Tonight, Erik Christensen and Brandon Prust overtook Sean Avery on the NYR points list. Christensen has been excellent as of late.
Anisimov and Stepan are both 1 point away from 40, and they are both close to 20 goals as well.
Prospal has 16 points in 19 games since his return.

Avery would've stuck up for Henrik!

eh, kind of a "meh" game outside of the first period goal scoring outburst, but since they've struggled against Montreal, I'll take it.
Auld is so ridiculous against the Rangers, it's insane. I'm surprise they scored one on him.

5 wins in our last 6.
We're peaking at the right time. We now have 80 points and are 2 wins away from 40. Do what we did tonight, every night, and we'll definitely make.
Side note: 3 wins in a row on home ice. Weird, I know.

I love Callahan I really do, but so many votes for him a POTG is not right.
Good game tonight, I hope Henrik is OK. I didn't like how he made sure no one tapped him on the head after the game.

tough call on Sunday w/ Hank. Giving him an extra 2 days rest may be smart. I think he will be fine though. Clinch early and sit him for a few games

That is an absolutely epic picture.
Does anyone know who the obnoxious reporter who only asks about Zuccarello is?

Thought so. It just caught my eye seeing it on TSN.
I'll never forget him from his Oiler days.

Prust and Christensen both average two more minutes a game than Avery. They should have more points.

Funny when we win, the GDT's and PGT's seem to be quieter. Guess no one has anything to complain about
My quick thoughts. First period was amazing, good to shut up the Habs fans early. They didn't make much noise after that. The Ranger fans in attendance were loud and it sounded like there were 18,200 of them even though I would say close to half the building was Habs fans. Proud of the NYR fans there tonight. I did get nervous after that 3rd goal but they seemed to lock it down with some key saves from Hank. The 6th goal was great because you knew the chants were starting up right after that
Good win. Hopefully Hank's ok and we're able to get two more points from Pitt Sunday afternoon.
