Cammalleri is terrible this season. For 6 millions per year ? Yikes... And people were complaining all year on Kostitsyn when he earns half the money and plays better and bring more than a one dimentional shot... Cammy was good on one-timer, what happened ? I hope its only an injury.
He's been our best dman all year.He never should have played as much last nite. And of course Auld should have started. We need Gill back. Picard is awful. And has to be the softest d-man for his size. Could Alex Henry be any worse ?

In addition to that Price was tired so it should've been obvious. He got a 60% save percentage out of this game.

Price wasn't really at fault at those goals
He could've had atleast 4 of those.

I find it ironic how all of the posters, after the game claim Auld should have started but in the pre game thread, everyone was like no start Price.

Now people are complaining that he was tired because he played back to back, but yet people claim he can play 70+ games, then play 24 in the playoffs in a gruelling schedule?

Had the Rangers lost, it would have ben a sweep for Montreal this year.

The Rangers looked possessed in the first period.

Missing Gill was huge for us.

Actually, some posters wanted Auld, his stats against the Rags were brought up in the GDT as well

Rangers came out full guns blazing in the first, I don't think we would have won with either goalie in the net. Auld looked good in the 2nd and 3rd, but I honestly think the Rangers weren't gunning as hard after being up by 4 goals in the first.

I would have still started Price. Like I said, I would start Price until we clinch or until we very very very close.

In addition to Auld should have, could have, would haves, I also think the Habs defense should have shown up. Terrible pairing of Weber/Picard, Hamrlik looking gassed and Mara losing his man constantly last night. It really sucks having so many D out. With Gill and Sopel dressed, it's strange to say, but the Habs D looks so much better.

Sorry got sucked in by 'all of the posters' and 'everyone'. It's just quite a few people are worried about Price's work load and have been all season.

I'm good at using trick words

I've been one of the ones who has been worried about his workload.

I also thought Auld should have started...that being said, I couldn't believe when the reviewed goal went in, that JM didn't call a timeout?

He doesn't seem to know when to do this, he could have settled it all down, but seconds later a giveaway by Weber, another, and it's 4-1 and at that point you could tell Price wanted out, and boom 5-1.....brutal period all around by everyone...including JM!
