Well you can't sign Euro's, you must draft them first. So there goes those players.

Roy and MacVoy are interesting, but I'd rather sign a guy like Tardif. Veteran Junior player, who could step right in with our sorry AHL team and help them out. Decent size too, why Calgary signed Donnally and not Tardif is a mystery.

Where did Anton Belov go? I scanned through the draft and didn't see his name. Is he on the undrafted list? He was a top 5 Russian on most lists I saw; sometimes 1,2. Big mobile defenseman... I'd be suprised if he dropped out of seven rounds.

Also a Swedish D-man...Hellstrom I think his name was?

how about LW Mathias Olimb, i've seen him play a few times he's a great talent, i was very suprised he wasn't drafted, i know he wasn't meantioned much but he lead the Norwegian under 20 team at t he age of 17 to the actual world jr. championships last year, he was a huge player and i've heard scouts calling him possibly the best player to ever come from that country, at 18 thats quite a bit, but it's clear that the speedy winger wasn't selected becusae of his 5'6 frame, and tends to get knocked around... i hope he gets picked up in next year's draft, it would be nice to see him get a chance he's very very good

I am very surprised about Colton Yellow Horn. He is a very skilled guy, I have not seen many of the others first hand, other then Redenbach but I am think he can sign with a team so there is no reason in wasting a draft pick for him. Am I correct in my thinking.
