I like Gretz, and I don't care if others don't. It's just frick-and-frack here making up all the s*** they can to discredit him, that I feel contempt for.

Yeah, but you got to admit it`s entertaining. Every new thread seems to come up with more ridiculous anti-Gretzky claims. Let`s see, in this one some posters have claimed that:

- Gretzky was responsible for the lockout (never explained how, just that he was.)

- He should have been fined or suspended because of the "Mickey Mouse" comment (that`s funny, when Bergeron coached Quebec he badmouthed other organizations all the time and was never fined; come to think of it , when has anybody ever been fined for making fun of another team?)

And my personal favourite....

- Gretzky made up the "lucky loonie" story at the Olympics in a jealous attempt to take media attention away from Lemieux (guess who posted that one, just take a guess.)

Thanks in advance!
Hasek's awards:

Code:
                    1 d^(nN) f(x1,..,xN)
         T(N) = ------- ------------------------
                 (n!)^N d^n x1 d^n x2 ...d^n xN

I own the ultimate gretzky dvd as well as the wayne gretzky show. Most of his goals are nowhere near as exciting and beautiful as say Mario Lemieux's goals. Not to mention he used to miss on half his breakaways. Gretzky was great but the greatest? How about no!
Are you chooch's twin brother.

Neither of you have a clue.

Let's shut this down before people do things they're going to regret.
