Read the second part of the sentence you bolded, I clearly mentioned the shooters on the shootout.

You know, the more I find out about this game (Grossman and Barch lost to injuries in the first, Skrastins lost in the second and Ott out a prolonged period of time getting stitches), the more impressive even getting one point becomes.

Again, two would be very, very preferable, but apparently this team need Burish and his voodoo to get two points for some reason.

I don't totally disagree with this rationale, but it does seem to absolve the team from giving up leads to begin with.

This was a game against one of the best teams in the league. Philly's goals weren't true breakdowns by the Stars defensively, just a couple of odd bounces for the most part. But when you have the better chances by quite a margin throughout the game but go 0/4 on the PP in a game as close as this, it hurts. Bobrovksy was wonderful in this game.

/just got home from Dallas, pretty damn good game last night. The crowd actually seemed to be in it for once! Maybe it was just the section I was in though. I could actually root for Dallas this time and say Philly players suck, etc...

Pretty embarrassing though, that Philly had a chant in the building before the Dallas fans.

Also, Crawford is ****ing idiot.

The populace here is reactionary in more ways than one.

This has been a problem in almost every game this season. If they can't figure it out 72 games in, then they aren't going to the last 10 or come playoff time.

I just have come to the hope that they survive through the 1st.

And honestly, they played better in the 1st against Philly than they have in 3/4ths of the 1st this season (including the Chicago game).
