Didn't have time to read through everything, but I have a couple of comments on the re-occurring topics:

Quick
1) If Quick was so bad this game how did he get the 2nd star? I expected him to bounce back from the terrible performance last game, and I think he played well enough for the Kings to win.

Smyth
2) Smyth was very good at the beginning of the season and obviously hasn't delivered in the past month+. Remember when the Smyth, Stoll, Williams line was getting it done and we had no first line? I'm not apologizing for the guy, but I'm sure fatigue is setting in (or an injury). I agree with sitting him, but some of these posts are calling for a 20 goal scorer to hang em up. Just use him differently and find a use for him TM...Please.

All I am saying is; it is an 82 game season. I guess since it is crunch time each game is under a microscope now. Players are going to have ups and downs, but the good teams have depth to deal with it... The Kings are almost there.
