My quick notes:

PK- Showed a bit of everything and then some. People can hate on him all they want. He can play all situations very well. He's going to be a star.

Ryan White - He gets it. He's exactly what this team needs. Love that he's sticking up for the boys.

Paul Mara- Remember all the groaning when they traded for him (basically for nothing)? He is right there with Whitey not taking any crap, and has been solid defensively. Another smart move by PG.

Wiz- Needs to be resigned. His D is not the best but still ok, buthe more than makes up for it by being an elite offensive Dman... and he's young!

Kostitsyn- just when you write the guy off... I'd kill for him to play like this all the time. He should be a 30+ goal scorer every year EASILY. Not sure what to do with him beyond this year.

Eller - If this is what he becomes with consistency, no one will be angry about the Halak trade in a couple years.

Desharnais - My wife (who doesn't kow a lot about hockey) has even noticed him. She said last night "that little guy is really good" just from watching 5 mins here and there the last few weeks with me. I really like the guy, and i think it's great he has a chance to play with Gionta.

Cammy - His shot is off. The shoulder is definitely still hurting. There have been 2-3 times that he would have scored had he been healthy. Nice pass to Wiz though.

If this team were healthy,. how good would it be?

Future is looking bright.

I was really happy to see a win vs the Western Conf. for a change.

The true test of the bulldogs..er Habs is this week. Buffalo is hungry and thursday against the booins could put us into 3rd and that gives us a chance that we could face a team like Tampa or the Rangers in the 1st round.

Great win, brought the team to 200 goals for which is nice to pass. Can only hope things get better as some of the walking wounded return to the lineup.

Also this was Minnesota's worse lost in franchise history

While the Montreal locker room was filled with laughter and jokes, there was quiet resignation on the Minnesota side after the most lopsided loss in Wild history.

The Wild, 11th in the tightly bunched Western Conference post-season race, had never given up more than seven goals at home and never lost a game by more than six. Minnesota hasn't won since March 8 and has been outscored 28-9 during its current six-game losing streak.

PK is a gem, I still don't get why he was drafted so far.
He is the real deal and he gets so much hate because he is a HAB. The hockey media and other 29 teams hate the fact that the winningest franchise in the NHL with the best fans have a superstar player. GO PK and GO HABS!!!!!

I trademarked this one!

Anyone noticed that Wiz pulled a Subban move?

One thing I loved is that Stoner was skating around destroying people with big hits looking to start trouble, and White fought him and made him spend his energy and after that we never heard of Stoner again.

Habs def. need someone willing to step up and stop these aggressors from dictating the pace of the game and intimidating our guys.

I agree with you, White is doing a solid job for us, doing exactly what is needed of him.

Hahaha. I laughed out loud at this. But my vibe would be a little more like this;

Natey
#Habs Desharnais has best production rate (points per minutes played) among all NHL rookies this season.

Just showing some quick results (approximate numbers, probably off a few seconds);
David Desharnais - 19:38 TOI/point
Michael Grabner - 22:19 TOI/point
Jeff Skinner - 22:59 TOI/point
Logan Couture - 26:12 TOI/point
I think all the injuries has given us the ability to see what we have in our younger players. And, its seems that there is a lot to be happy about given the way White, Deharnais, Pacioretty, Price, and Subban have played.

I like games like this. Simply put your feet up and enjoy!

He "lacked" defensive awarness while playng for the Bulls.

I focused on Pyatt for a little while during last Thursday's warm up... Every single shot he took was a laser off a pipe and in.
