This will be a hell of a game. Hoping that the boys come out strong tonight and put forth another massive effort like in Minny. This game might have a huge playoff feel, which will make for an entertaining game
Injuries: Derek Roy (Left Quadriceps Surgery), Jochen Hecht (mystery injury), Patrick Kaleta (Bone Bruise on Left Knee), Patrick Lalime (Knee) *Thanks to Ron Barr, previous games line-up
Montreal Last Game:
8-1 Win vs Minnesota via Subban Hat Trick
Buffalo Last Game:
4-3 Loss vs Nashville via Geoffrion Hat Trick
L10: Habs @ 7-3-0 / Sabres @ 5-3-2
Possible Returns: Darche, Plekanec, Halpern and of course Engqvist all at morning skate. Sopel seen skating as well. (*credit to CrimsonSkorpion)
Favor night: Habs take on Sabres a team New Jersey is trying to catch. New Jersey takes on Boston a team Montreal is trying to catch.
Winning: Tonight if the habs win and Boston loses in regulation, we'll be 3rd in the East.
Losing: Tonight if the Sabres lose they'll be allowing Carolina a chance they can't afford.
Habs @ 6th (87pts) - Sitting 11pts above 9th (One more game played)
Sabres @ 8th (79pts) - Sitting 3pts above 9th (even with Carolina)
The Sabres have played very intensely against the Habs this year. They have a great mix of size, toughness, and skill. Of course, their netminder is capable of some amazing stretches of hockey. This game will have a playoff-type atmosphere. In a wide-open east, the Sabres have a lot at stake and are a dangerous team. They would also be a strong candidate to pull off a round or two of playoff upsets.
Woo! Can't wait! Sounds like we'll have some bodies back.
Not sure what the situation is on the forwards that are currently out, but for Sopel, he is questionable for tonight and more likely to return against the Bruins.

Me too, I just hope that they are completely healthy.
It wouldn't hurt to have Sopel back to block shots, Halpern's face-off play, and Plecky's two way play when the Habs face the Bruins. Plus, I really like Darche and would love to see him come back soon as well. I'm just wondering now, if they all come back at about the same time, who would sit? It would suck to have called up Engqvist and Dawes, only to not play them.
