Mancari

there is no way Nieds plays over Grier i the playoffs... Grier's PKing alone is worth a playoff roster spot

I think Kaleta will be the odd man out come playoffs. Assuming we are healthy (minus Roy)

Agreed. Unless Kaleta is 100% healthy and back to his old ways, he may not warrant a spot. Does Mancari have to go back down once we're 100% healthy? It'd be nice to spell Neids/Grier here and there over these last 10 games.

I like McCormick, but he needs to tighten up his faceoffs if he's going to stay in the middle of that trio. They're good for 10-12 minutes of relatively safe time per night. Nothing is likely going into either net, and that's a good thing most of the time in the playoffs.

I was thinking about this during the last game when Gerbe was getting under a few players skin and Mancari didn't look at all out of place.

Unless Kaleta is in super pest/scud-missile mode he doesn't offer much that we don't already have. That said, all it takes is one well timed hit to turn a playoff series around if need be.
