Actually Carle surpassed his career high for assists, but he has been overshadowed by the play of Coburn who has been an animal as of late.

How did Carle score 11 goals one year? Thornton?

I'm just legitimately curious. He had more goals in his 12 game rookie season than he does in 72+ games this season.

I don't see what that has got to do with what I said, but yes, you did.

As for Carle not scoring goals, I don't know what's up with him this year, but a 0.9 shooting % is pretty far from what he's had in his previous years. Maybe he's aiming for tip ins much more nowadays. Of those who have had a goal this year, only Johnny Boychuk is worse with 0.7 btw.
