I think it's because PJ is actually pretty darn good at what he does. And sometimes, it's nice to have the opinion of someone a bit more objective than the bunch of homers on that show.

I'm done with this season, the sooner we get swept in the first round the better.

Through thick and thin.

Keep that in mind. It's not always going to be rainbows.

This was ambarassing. If you can't play with pride in a game like this... Ouch.

For 10+ years I've said that the makeup of this team was never going to one that could succeed.... Too many soft players, not a good mix of size, strength and skill.

Never so evident as tonight!!

Bob took us from pathetic to competitive .... But it's time for all of them to go (JM, Gainey, PG)

Meh you get 0pt if you lose 1-0 or 7-0. no?

Let's move on, 7 more games to get some players back in shape and be prepared for the the REAL season.

This team has been missing longer than the last 120 minutes. The Wild win shouldn't a big victory, they are done and the Leafs rolled them the next time 3-0 too.

This team has been schooled 3 losses in row by all playoff teams in NY, Buffalo and now Boston.

Where is the leadership?

Where is the scoring?

Where is the coach?

Lots of questions, no answers.

Now, let's see if that game will have repercussions until the end of the season.

The good, I won't be buying playoff tickets this year.

The bad....we have to make them first!

I'm trying to be positive.

Remember last season ? The kind of season end we had ? The horrid performance of Halak in his last regular games ?

Nothing is lost yet. When was the last time you were not worried about our playoff spot with 8-9 games to play (2007 aside) ? It's a miracle we're on 6th.

Ugly stuff like this happens. But you have to admit that meeting Boston in the playoffs is not that scary.

lol, good attitude.

thoroughly thumped, played awful. our top guys have to shoulder this and look themselves in the mirror. a few good individual performances but as a whole, one of the worst team game i've seen in a long time.

past two games we've shown little intensity and that's what upsets me the most.

marchand's hit was just dumb. i think 4 games this time.

That last "goal" after the horn was the exclamation point of what the Bruins wanted to do to the Habs: humiliating them.

Habs will have a chance to redeem themselves however: the playoffs versus Bruins. Let's see if they'll epically fail that test as well.
At that rate, if we still made the playoffs, things will get worse: Philadelphia will make the LTIR cover more than half the team by game 4. Washington maybe not but we're not going to go very far.

We need big players who can hit at high speeds as well if we are to go past the 1st round anytime soon. Players who can mash the opponent when they have the puck.

Wow don't go to the main board. Just a glorified Habs bashfest. Only HF haters would think the Bruins are heroes and a model team just cause of this one game. But I'm still mad at our charges. They were flat out awful again. Hey look, even Philly got beat 7-0 a couple weeks ago. But we're not Philly.

I used to think that, but after tonight's game I'm not so sure. Bruins are in the Hab's heads now.

I've said it before.. This Habs team is just an extension of their emotionless GM and coach.. One of the biggest games of the year and they don't show up.. As long as we're being run by the former Ottawa brain trust this team will continue to be mediocre..

I predicted in the PGT that the Habs would be shutout again tonight just because this team is way too predictable.. Just scoring 1 goal against the Caps would be a major accomplishment right about now nevermind getting a win..

There isn't a bag skate in the world brutal enough for what those players deserved after tonight.
