Terry Murray - when you've got a guy who scored two goals in the game, put him as one of the first three shooters in the shootout. It's almost criminal that he went 5th.
Anyhoo... GREAT WIN! Points are points! Take 'em however you can.

Someone needs to hypnotize Stoll into believing that every shot he takes is during a shootout.
No more slap shots, just snipe the corners.
Seriously... His shootouts are identical to Kovalchuk's, if only he did that in regulation and not just in shootouts.

Yeah, and no one called up plays a completely different game the first few games before Murray gets them on the perimeter. Loktionov, Penner and now Moller all played a different style in their first four or five games. That is why it stands out so much. Creativity is discouraged because it can lead to turnovers.
We'll see how Moller looks in game five of this call up.
Penner said himself the Kings system is basically the same as what he came from.
DP and AK have been looked lethargic lately, and that's not TM's fault.

But he has a perfect option who is only 1 for 10 in his career in Penner. The wrong Dustin took to the ice, I wonder if there was a mishap with communication there

I was baffled by his decision to use Penner. DP is awful in shoot outs (1 of 10), AND he was having a bad game. That made no sense.
Should have ended in regulation. Kopitar actually won the face-off and the Sharks immediately jump on it. It happens sometimes..
Brown continues to be a force out there, just another nice game tonight.
Oscar Moller looked good in his last call up and looked good again tonight. I still consider him a prospect -- still have him in high regard -- and it's nice to see him come around this season.
Meh, Sharks fans complaining about the shootout. It's stupid. We could just ***** about how there shouldn't be any loser points and that only wins matter.
We outplayed them and we should have won in regulation, but at least Quick and Stoll came up big in the shootout.

He did it earlier with Williams in Montreal who was having a hell of a game - I think he also went 5th (maybe 4th). It worked out (and did with Williams as well). Bizarre, but whatever. We got the points and screwed teams below us in the process.
Problem is all these shootout wins are gonna **** us over in seeding if we get in
we already lose the tiebreaker to pretty much every team, so we may aswell keep winning the shootouts
Jesus at all the people crying about shootouts. News flash, a team with 50 wins, all in shootouts, finishes ahead of a team with 49 regulation wins. The shootout rule is not going to matter
