Kitchon also on the west's second AS team. Going to have to keep an eye on him as i'm sure the sens scouts have seen him a ton.

its the same,

though in the STH roundtable, murray was talking about bringing in some powerskating coaches to work with some of the players in may/june. It wasnt clear if he was talking about the nhl guys or prospects, but it's something to consider.

This is fairly insane considering Brayden Schenn was named to the SECOND team?!?!

that's because RNH beat him out for the center spot.

I was implying that as well

But I didn't realize just how much time Schenn missed this year. I knew he was scoring at a 2 PPG clip with the Blades- I didn't know he'd only played 2 games with the Wheat Kings before the trade, though. 29 GP for 57PTS on the year...

schenn is too good for the WHL. He should dominate the playoffs.

he should have been in the AHL this year but thanks to the stupid 20-year-old rule it was NHL or bust. He took a conditioning stint to the AHL when he was with LA and scored at a ppg clip in the AHL.

He only played 29 games. If he played more he would have been on the 1st all star team no problem.

Amazing season for Stone, same with Cowen. It wouldn't be a bad idea to draft more players out of the WHL
