Zuccarello needed to be scratched. He's been forcing his play the last 5 games or so. Maybe a little bit of time watching from the stands will solve that.

I doubt it. How big can a bonus for him be? 100K? It's not like he has a big contract.

Meh, I hope he gets away from the rangers as quick as possible. KHL would be better too.

It's clear Rangers are going for a bunch of scrubs who do nothing but dump puck and fight along the boards.

He makes amazing passes all the time. The problem is nobody passes to him.

Edit: Pre-game presser.

I have no problem seeing MZA sitting out a game or two, to be honest I think he needs it. He has been slower lately, and less focused. I agree 100% that its probably just a case of a fatigue, and a break will benefit him. Yes he has gotten an assist here and there, but he does seem tired as of late. Nothing to say about his grind, backchecking, and determination though, I thinks he shows more of that than a lot of the other guys. BUT, will wont cut it alone, and it's time for a rest for Mats. I am not worried, he will be back.

That said, if there is anything to the talk about the pending bonus at game 41, that is ****ing BS politics, and if true disgusting

MZA or no MZA,

LGR!

I am excited to see what kind of miracles Avery can do in 6-7 minutes of ice-time.
Especially together with Stepan and Wolski.

What makes me proud a Ranger fan is how when we go into Boston we have 3,000 or more fans, and yet when the Bruins are in MSG they have 750 max. Tells me we clearly have the better fanbase than those frontrunners who laughed at the NHL pre-2008!
I wanted to get tix and drive up from Hartford but the cheapest were over $200/pair... and I have no idea about sightlines or how the fans are so I didn't bother.

It's certainly easier than being a fan of rangers, the most boring team in nhl.

MZA will sit one-game and now the Ranger plot unfolds: we are going for a bunch of scrubs. That Callahan and Dubinsky! Scrubs!!!

Pumped for this game, but nervous as hell at the same time. 2 huge points here. Let's hope Avery can bring a spark and not some asinine penalties.

I wouldn't worry, they probably hadn't seen the Rangers play before Zucc joined.

Are you going to be selective about who is allowed the privilege to be a Ranger fan now?

Does anyone know what happened to http://streamo.22web.net btw? They usually stream in awesome quality but now it just redirects me to some custom 404 error page.
