Life's unfair, but let's not all just pack up and go home yet.
We have a good team, with many players that can give more. We can still cause some teams some problems in the play offs and in the process we'll learn more about some of our young players.

After an injury of this significance, it will draw a lot of talk, let's keep things organized.

Better than a significant knee injury.
Get well Kopi!

Except that he can't be called up until his junior team finishes its season, in all likelihood after the Kings will have finished theirs.

Schenn could be called up if it was an emergency, which it kinda is, but the NHL probably won't let it fly. Maybe Dean can find a loophole, but Schenn needs to be on this team. Now.

He's out for likely the entire playoffs. It's going to be impossible to replace him, hopefully the Kings can come close though...

Can the Blades please just lose? It's terrible how a junior hockey team can actually affect an NHL team's season.

Should have traded him for Jamie Benn when we had the chance.

Nah. Khabibulin was the better option.
Kopitar and Williams should just shut it down and get stronger for training camp.

The only player I want up is Schenn.
I guess Kozun would be okay.

I'm just glad it's not something worse. We have a good, solid, deep team. We are obviously not as good without kopi but deep enough to compete. Time for Lewis to step up. I don't think schenn will have a big impact if called up. Holloway should be the guy getting the call

The Kings can show their true character if they can band together and work though this. It will still be tough, but this will not be an excuse to miss the playoffs. Give him a chance to get back in.
