You shouldn't trust RDS when it comes to statistics.

Habs are still sitting at 6th with as many games played as NYR and Buffalo. We still control whether we finish 6th, 7th or 8th.
Another battle for 7th-8th. Yippee

The last 10 games before the playoffs is when teams normally step up their games but unfortunately the Habs look to have quit.. Losing games when you give 100% is one thing but right now this is just plain embarrassing..

We will have made them because we gathered enough points to make them, not because other teams lost. Losing is part of a season, you're not supposed to win every game, it also gets even more difficult as the season goes on, and believe it or not, but suffering numerous key injuries it's twice as hard.

Wow the Blues might hit double digits. When is the last 10 goal game?

Laraque, the idiot ex player who disgraced the Habs uniform by wearing one, was wrong.

He said that Martin did not have an offensive system.

He should have said that Martin did not have an offensive AND defensive system.

Better to miss the playoffs then get humiliated by Philly in the first round. Think about it - all the smirking expert predictions of a Flyers sweep, watching Briere score again and again as Price's confidence is set back three years as the Philly faitful taunt him and mock the Ole song.

Anybody able to go through that again? Not me. This year's a write-off. Too many injuries. Be happy we have Price, Subban and Pacioretty to build around.

Embarrassing effort and combativeness level from the veterans the last 10 games or so. Cammalleri, Gomez, Gionta, Plekanec, Hamrlik, Wiz. Just pathetic.

And JM sitting their scratching his ass. Which oddly enough is the only emotion he is showing.

If they don't make the playoffs, its a collective effort where heads need roll.

It will be an embarrassment if we play Philly, Boston or Washington.

This team have not been built for the playoffs since the 90s.

At least golf season starts for me this weekend!!

Have some freakin' faith for once...
Things haven't been going our way for a while, it isn't bad luck. The D looks slow and tired, cause they are outside of Subban. Wiz is playing awful partnered with Hamrlik, and Mara and Sopel together are too slow. Weber is small, but he has speed and skill and should be in the line up for scoring alone as we can see there isn't enough.

The team isn't going to the net, they aren't banging at rebounds and they are not playing that sound 5-5 or 4-5 (PK kill) in their own zone as they were in the previous months.

All of a sudden guys like Halpern don't do PK anymore, Cammalleri is out there?

And it took about 3 games for Martin to realize that Subban should be getting PP time???

The players need to play, but the system the coach has in place looks like it has broke down and he can't get to them...maybe big Laroque isn't off when he says he knows the team has quit on Martin.

Even though we won the last game in which we scored two slop rebound goals and an empty net goal we have looked bad the last 5 games.

Fire JM now. I have had enough of him. I think the players have as well.

Get some players who will put it all on the line for this team.

We have way too many players going through the motions and not getting it done. Get rid of them. Either play or get out of town.

I cannot recall when I have seen the Habs play this bad.

I am tired of watching it.

Where's our captain? The guy can't seem to get the puck a foot off the ice anymore. P.K continues to be our best player with little support.

They're doing their best to make everyone angry and nervous though, I'll give them that.

Oh and I wouldnt be surprised at all if we miss the playoffs, its possibly the best thing that could happen IMO.. Big summer is awaiting Gauthier.. time to rejuvenate the blueline, there is no reason to suck this way, I never saw a buncxh of defensemen having so much trouble to play hockey, last time I remember we sucked this bad was the year Traverse and Dykhuis were in the line-up at the same time.. Gauthier also has to get rid of Gomez by any ways..

not sure what the scorekeeper are looking at but shows only 5 gives for the Habs and not one for Eller who clearly gave it away on the second goal - sure was more than 5 in total!
