If the Kings are going to trade Cammy, I just hope it's going to be for a good player.

I just hope we don't deal Brown. I'll seriously be pissed beyond belief. I'll start spouting off like Don Vito.

If somebody gets dealt it will be Cammy, because of his relationship with AM. I'll be seriously bummed, and I would bet anybody here, that if he doesn't get 75pts this year, he'll have it next year. He's truly something special, and if most would just look past his size and get over it already, you'd understand what kind of player we have. He's Chris Drury Part II!

As for the Roenick deal, I hope he comes to LA for a couple of conditional picks. It would change the whole face of our team. I would love it.

Than you can package Conroy, Miller, and Belanger for a couple of good players. Possibly a forward and a defenseman.

Conroy is going nowhere. Deal Miller, but Conroy is staying. Hey Belanger, does Adam still think Kariya to the Kings is likely?

Adam's hoping. He can't get a hold of his source. He was going crazy when everything happened. I swear the last 2 days. I doubt he got anything done at work.

OK people...on this article by LA Times it states King will NOT be wanting to part with any prospects, and Roenick only a tememporary pick up (probably a year)....and Kings STILL trying to sign either Palffy or Kariya!! Hopefully good news for out team soon!!!

Would be a nice to see the KIings sign Palffy and Jr. It would show that they really are trying to put together a winner and not BS the fans about spending money and wanting to win.

As a Flyers fan I hate to see Roenick leave. The only health problem he had was having a 90mph slap shot hit his jaw, broke in 4 places. The guy is a machine and can still score. He can also play center or wing where he played for half the season. I think Philly would look for a 3rd pick for him because of his 4.8mill paycheck.

This move could be as much about marketing the game in California as it is about acquiring a top-sixer.

Yeah, he'll be competing with Avery for camera time. It would be a cool tag team in AM's dog house.

On the other side, I'd like to think he would still bring a fiestiness and goal scoring touch to the game, especially with these new rules. Unfortunately, as players age they like to play it safe and lose that touch. Look at what happened to Lappy from the time he came to the Kings to the time he left-----he didn't have it in him anymore. Will this be the same w/ JR? I don't know yet.
