I really miss Darchebag. I will admit that ive ripped on him quite a few times. But even though he lacks the skating ability and skill to be a very good player, he is such a useful player. He goes everywhere that Pouliot and DD dont go, that line could use him again. I like White but Darche clicks on the french connection line. He seems to feel blessed to be an NHL player and he gets what it means to be a Hab.
Just bumping this thread up. Has anyone heard any updates on Pacioretty's condition?
I believed he was going to be shut-down until March 26th. No word on how his progress is going?
His Twitter account has been pretty quiet as well.
I thought they said he would be back on the ice in early April to skate and train with the team again...still pretty sketchy I'm sure on his condition. Dr Recchi has yet to inform everyone as to his timelines...meanwhile Dr Mulder has been rendered useless to the Habs...it's a shame really, after helping save Trent Mcleary's life, and of course being involved with Saku's care and comeback...
this site is claiming that he has been in the gym since the beginning of this week.
edit: ok i quickly read over the rds article. I guess he has been in the gym, but this week end he could augment his trainning intensity for the week end if everything is ok.
Yep. And I'm okay with that, if there is not severity in his fractured neck and if he has no symptoms during full contact practice and he gets the green light to play.. really there is nothing wrong with it. I know this guy must be dieing to play too.. and we desperately need him.
the cyberpresse article that came out today mentioned that pac's agent said he will be back next September and that a return for the playoffs is most likely impossible
I wouldnt risk coming back this year..... need him for that Cup run down the road.... once they get rid of the dead weight on this team next year....this year the injuries have caught up to them.... anything past the first round will be a nice bonus IMO
