Sort of a must win.
All I'm hoping for is 60 minutes of effort.
Show us why you are paid for!

A flyers win and a Buffalo loss would be great, more so the Flyers win though.

I would love for New York to barely miss the playoffs again this year, and if Carolina can catch up or tie them they are in. Shoot-outs could again be the downfall of the Rangers (this time as a result of winning like 8-9 games in a shoot-out, Carolina and Buffalo would win any tie breakers)

RT @NHLFlyers: #Flyers GM Paul Holmgren announced that Danny Briere will not play today vs. Rangers due to lower-body soreness. He is listed as day-to-day

Danny B's out? God damnit.

Please just win, I'm getting sick of how we've been playing.

I see a big loss in the 6-1 range today. A loss today and we will be facing Tampa in the first round which would be fine with me - I need to catch some warm weather in Florida.

Yep, would be nice. 2 points please. Actually, just don't get blown out like the last time you guys played a Sunday afternoon game at the Garden. If they do repeat that performance... well at least the Phils start at 1:35. C'mon Flyers, turn in a good game and force me to turn on the Phillies a few innings into the game. My attention span is short enough, I don't like juggling.

What will happen first?

1. Mike Emrick will mention a minor league score or reference an obscure game played in the last 48 hours.

2. Ed Olczyk will say "made mention."

3. Pierre Maguire will say the name of someone's hometown and name drop.

Syvret is in, Boynton is scratched.

Bobrovsky vs. Lundqvist.

Carcillo, Versteeg and Richards is the starting forward unit.

I'll go with #3. In fact I'll wager he does it on the first or second time they throw it to him.
