I mean, there has to be a team out there that could use him....he's not the worst center in the world, just the softest. Makes me think this has something to do with Ziggy still not being signed....hmmm.

I think he will get some sloppy second offers once all the good FAs are taken off the board.

He is not horrible, and could be signed cheap enough.

I'd rather not have him back thank you, but some teams out there who have done NOTHING at all this week can sign him.

Washington, needing to fill some cap room, may sign him. Soooo jt gets to follow Stumpel around for us, yay!

Stumpel does use his size on occasion and is a virtual lock for 50 points so yes I am surprised. Even more so at the lack of interest in Hrdina.

Stumpel would be what their #2 center? Isn't Ovechkin a center?

You guys are freaking crazy or sniffing too much glue.

Stumpel is the worst center. He's slow, soft and cannot win a faceoff to save his life. Do you guys remember how much we complained about this pylon on this board and on Kings Talk? I would take Army, Conroy and Cammy over him anyday. The kings need players who are hungry and tough. Stumpel is neither. And for those who say "If it means getting Ziggy", I say goodbye to Ziggy. Let him go to Nashville, Columbus, Minnasota or Atlanta.

LA can do better in a trade.

Yeah kind of like what Scott Niedermayer did with Anaheim. Sure I'll sign here because I want to play with my brother, but you gotta sign him to a 4 year deal at $2 million per season.
