Expecting a sweep. Anything else seems like a win in my book.

Gardenhire is flat brutal against the East.

We need a drinking game for the Twins pitching.

I'm praying we get >5 hits against Nova. Atleast.

Thank you Thome for avoiding the shutout.

So Gardy decided to bench two outta three of the people who got doubles thereby eliminating the shutout last night? Wonderful.

Looks like Gardy is trying to go RH'd heavy for CC. Not sure I agree with that, but we'll see how it works out. Morneau has looked good so this is good news. The hope is we can squeak one out here tonight, and then we face Garcia tomorrow I think which could mean a win.

6/9 hitters tonight are right handed hitters or switch hitters (Casilla and Nishioka). I think we can still win tonight. We got big game Duensing throwing.

Heh. Still think it starts with Gardy. The club is a bunch of mental midgets.

Our starters have had a ton of walks and high counts early on...not good to see esp when we're supposed to be known for having low walk rates. Walks are killing us.

I swear, half the twin's pitching might have earned the 'moon shot' nickname.

This is ridiculous, IIRC, with 2 more HR's, we've given up 11 HR's in 5 games(so far).

Hideous.

Also, Duensing had Andruw Jones down 0-2 in the count before delivering 3 straight balls before giving up the homer...you just CAN'T lose a guy like that when you have him 0-2!

Hooray managed expectations!

As much as i want to believe that a big come-from-behind win like this will finally be the success the Twins need to turn things around against the Yankees, let's remember that we were all dancing around and declaring the curse broken when Kubel hit that grand slam off Rivera.

We should win again tonight...Pavano vs. Freddy Garcia...it'd be nice to see a convincing win.

No game is an easy game. We have an advantage, but who knows how it will go?

I like our chances tonight though, I'd like us to see get some runs early on instead of always playing catch up.

Question is, can 70's porn stache find some of the form he had last year and pitch like a solid #2 or not.

I'm sensing another Yankees 2-3 run homer in the first inning, I hope I didn't just jynx it.
