Hopefully he can make the big jump sooner rather than later. He's something that the Rangers absolutely need.

Here's to him doing well in HFD.

Ok, I'll stop *****ing now.

Great news, I'm excited to actually get some feedback on McIlrath, not statwatching.

Well I post about 3 times a year and their is no hotter topic among prospects then Dylan so I figured I would make it count . I read the board almost everyday so I also know Bluenote will be coming to bash him.........just a joke. I also hated the pick but you cant argue the rangers need that type of player in the backend.

so now his career begins.

lets see how he progresses playing against men who arent smaller than he is.

as much as i disliked the pick, im hoping like crazy that he succeeds and develops.

good luck and welcome to the family dylan.

I don't think he can because of AHL transfer restrictions.

Well, according to this article, anyway..

Staal played in the playoffs with the 'Pack at the same age. One year removed from the draft.

I don't believe that article is accurate.

yeah he did 2 years. its definitely allowed.

of course the whale have to make the playoffs first...they are in a similar situation to the rangers trying to hang on to the 8th spot
