GO HABS GO!

One step closer to clinching 6th*!

*If they win tonight, they clinch at least 7th.

Spezza's really been on fire as of late. Should be a tough one, strangely enough.

I say 4-3 Habs, in regulation.

Habs: Subban, Plekanec, Hamrlik and Eller
Sens: Spezza x2, Butler (love this guy)

Go Go!

Habs : 1
Sens : 0

Gill scores

I'm really not used to that in between post-clinching pre-playoff state. My excitement doesn't know where to go...a sens game doesnt feel like a sufficient release, hopefully they'll prove me wrong and habs are gonna play exciting nevertheless reassuring playoff hockey.

Edit : I would never dare jinx price the way I did auld with my prediction...especially during the playoffs

bingo clinched last night, and in all likelyhood has clinched their seed as well. Expect greening, condra, and two of (hale, benoit, wiercioch) back up.

greening has great chemistry with spezza and has 6-4-10 in 16 games since the trade deadline.

condra is playing with spezza on the #1 pk unit.

and anderson (2.05 0.940) is starting.

this is a trap game. Dont let your guard down jacques and friends.

Are you asking us to fill your arena seats and make it a sell-out game?

How is it a trap game? Are you sure you understand what that means?

You really think the Habs are looking ahead to the Leafs on Saturday or something?

How is that Da Costa kid playing? Can't wait to see him tonight and honestly I don't think we win this one. just got a feeling we will be flat tonight especially with the guys knowing they clinched

Just noticed that the Rangers have a GA/GF differential of +35 and yet they're 8th in the East. Isn't that bit strange to see?

I'm anxious to see what Jacques Martin does with his D lineup. Some guys could use some rest and against the lowly Senators I wouldn't be surprised to see some changes - or maybe he won't. LOL

I honestly don't know where I want the Habs to finish for the playoffs. But I'm just tickled the guys can maybe relax now that they are in the playoffs.

It means they lost a lot of close games and won big a few times...

Tampa is 5th with a +1.

Andre Benoit...how's he been? Does he any chance of sticking in the NHL? I always liked him with Hamilton.
