Wrongful imprisonment.

Threats of bodily harm (multiple times).

Actual domestic abuse (he plead guilty to assaulting his wife).

So, yes, he's committed crimes.

1) The stats are correct Jester.

2) Pleading guilty doesn't mean you actually did it. Plea bargains happen all the time. Domestic abuse cases that were filed against him have been disputed. Witnesses, such as ex-fiances, have come forward to testify FOR him and say he was never abusive. Just because someone accuses you of something doesn't mean you did it.

edit: Well, maybe not. I just checked my own rating on the boards stat sheet and I'm way down in the basement too.

edit 2: Oh wait its sorted alphabetically and has no significance whatsoever, how embarrassing.

Scott Hartnell stated it pretty well when he was asked about Holmgren. “Paul Holmgren can be a scary guy,” the winger told CSNPhilly.com’s Tim Panaccio. “Especially when he gives you that look.”

Holmgrens "look" is probably almost as scary as a hurricane on the moon.

Panaccio asked Zherdev the same question and he supposedly said that Tim is a scarier mafia looking guy...he then took off in is white stretch limo .

What does that have to do with my response, the thread topic, or Carter sucking?

ROFLCOPTER

Please don't play it off like that is what you meant. Even if it was, it was still irrelvant to the original statement.

I just didnt think it would be a 30 game slump.
I did not think they were going to statistically keep up that pace, but the issue which has arisen is that this current funk is not about talent, skill, or ability. It is about just getting outworked by other teams.

No coach or GM is going to be able to control that if the players are tuning out the coach, IMHO that is where these guys are right now and thus why the GM had to come into the room and lay down the law.

Ah, yeah, they are. The problem is (as you've shown multiple times) that you don't actually understand the distinction between the various statistics and how they are sorted.

But if you plead guilty to something... it means you are pleading guilty to doing it.

It's absolutely pathetic how much you worship a dead-beat father, abuser of women, addle-brained drug addict. You sure pick your role models well.

Tip of the day.

May 7th Lisa Batiashvili at the Avery Fisher Hall
Try, A Voce Columbus. Great view and food. If you like wine check out their selection.

You still are a 17 hater though.

By "that look" he means "the look Homer gives when he's thinking of re-signing Michael Leighton." That in itself makes him a scary guy.

Bro, Carter would have one upped you big time. Your wife would really understand what you mean when you talk about high and wide

Z would be a 40 goal scorer if it weren't for Lavi

I bet if they trade Carter in the offseason a lot of this lazy play goes away. That will light a fire under their butts.

Angry Homer should don some gear and one of those old timey Jofa lids and go out into the Spectrum ruins and challenge these guys to play hockey with a $40 brick.

He's one of the smartest GMs in the game and an ex-tough guy. Snider needs to let him lay down the law. Clearly there is still a party atmosphere and Richards thinks he's above the law.
