Barry Ashbee: ... Meszaros?
I would have to say Nodl is definitely the most improved. Hope to see more and better from him next year if they sign him.

That and this poem I wrote.

Flyers time is now
Ugly memories of past losses washed away
Go and put on your Orange and black
Up and get ready the bandwagon is leaving

Stacked on forward and defence
Uncle holmgren has built a powerhouse
Carter richards and giroux up front
Kimmo Prongs and carle at the back
Saves coming from bob and boosh

Can you feel it
Our time is now
Come and cheer for the flyers
Knowing that 2011 will be a great spring.

WE CANT LOSE NOW!! GO FLYERS!!!@@!!@11@!!

It had an opposite affect on me, I am not pumped up at all after reading it. I appreciate the effort in writing one, and I'm not saying that a poem necessarily needs a rhyme scheme or to be in iambic pentameter or anything of the like, but I just didn't like it. To each his own.

More like expect 3 shutouts in one series. Or something about his nasty glove.

you know what man...why be negative here? First of all it takes a lot of effort to put together a poem like that that includes all the important parts to our playoff drive.

Try this...close your eyes and focus on the words next time you read it. Picture the words as actions and I guarantee you'll get pumped.

Quite with the negative energy...stick with the positive. Wash out the red negative energy, send out the energizing waves of blue!

And no...I'm not insane. Read Hockey Tough by Saul Miller.

Well I'm sorry it didn't affect you man, but I don't see you doing anything creative, so why don't you just back off. No reason to be a *

Wasn't he leading the playoffs in goals going into that series?
